Wants me to pay a bill for something they didn’t even fix and now sending me to collections cause the service manager is to high on her horse. Bought a 17 durango for Kerry i thi k his name was, he was really great and got me in and out of there quickly!. Their finance guy was great too, answered a few non vehicle purchase related financial questions i had while helping me get the financing for the vehicle with my bad credit lol.
Really want to call out 3 people from South Side. Theressa from service. My 4 year old hybrid van was having serious issues and she did her best to keep me in the loop for the 3 months my van was in the shop finding the gremlin. But my warranty was also up within weeks when they finally fixed it. Theressa was awesome and I never felt I was out of the loop. They deserve a 5 star for customer service and if compared to the Go dodge in red deer than 7 star! The Go dodge only offered limited advice that usually ended with them trying to do another service or add on, misleading and flat out lies as advice to purposly sway you to using their service as the only option. The ladies at SSRD were friendly, Kiana was very attentive and help brainstorm ways to solve my dilemma, even if it didnt end in them selling me somthing.
