I have been bringing my custom van here for 4 years, and always so helpful and always feel good leaving my precious van in their hands, and they don't try to upsell you. I always want more then needed, but their inspection covers it all at a great price. And their shuttle drivers are the best people! I was almost sad I didn't need one on this last trip haha.
I was going to trade my 2023 Ram in on a 2024 Ram Sport. We made a deal that I thought was fair, but when I got into the finance office, My trade in was reduced by 5%. They said the trade in did not include GST (small print on the offer sheet). Unethical to say the least. I had previously bought 6 vehicles all the way back to 2004. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my vehicle I bought from SSRD. I bought a new vehicle with only 4000km on it only 3 months ago. During this time the vehicle had been to the shop 4 different times for 4 different problems. I had 2 auxiliary pumps fault out, I had a 12V battery that was running low voltage that had to be replaced, the command start failed immediately, and I got a check engine light when I tried to use heat in the vehicle.
