I am impressed at what Dana has accomplished since being in Franklin! She is a master at obtaining the Medtronic Insulin Pumps for patients and a master at teaching the how to’s of using the system!! She is very well educated in diabetes care, insulin usage and all the modern medications for diabetes!! Her skills are amazing!! The staff , however is difficult to work with. Started out good, but staffing department needs help… they have a big turnover in staffing. There patient portal and billing don’t match, If you don’t constantly make a payment, they refuse to see you. They were more worried about your payment than your health. When we needed medical records, faxed, they expected their balance to be paid in full before they even help you with your Medical records.The front desk can be quite rude. I don’t recommend them at all .
Very good doctor love Dr. Stallings. If I had been going to her when I was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I probably wouldn't be having some of the problems I am having now. But she has gotten my blood sugar and A1C in control and I am so grateful that I met her. I probably wouldn't be here if I had not met her. I am so thankful for her being in my life and a part of my family. Because that is what she is to me family. I would recommend her office to anyone with diabetes.
