Dr Jhalla, was so accomodating, made me feel at ease and was patient. She took on board what I wanted and didn’t pressure me to do anything out of my budget. I won’t go anywhere else anymore.
Our family has been looked after by the staff here for many years and we have always had the best care.
Very disappointed and unprofessional. I received a text reminder about my appointment but couldn’t respond straight away due to work. I still showed up on time, only to be told my appointment had been cancelled — with no notice. If you can send a message to confirm an appointment, surely you can send one to notify of a cancellation. There was no effort to explain or accommodate, just a dismissive attitude.
