Terrible customer service. I called and talked to Alex and told him i was looking for a basement to be epoxyed and would he be available to come by and quote. He asked that i reach out the following week to schedule something. I texted to follow up and specifically said "if you don't think you can quote please let me know so i don't continue to follow-up. No reply. I texted the same thing again a few days later. No reply. If the job was too small, all they had to do was say so. But no reply just means you don't care.

Jessie and his crew did an amazing job with my basement. Setting up the appointment was easy and Jessie was in constant contact letting me know how to prepare and what the day was going to look like. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he and his crew took care of business and especially how clean they kept it. Thrilled with the outcome!
