Poor communication skills and lack of professionalism. I was told one price at site then I had to constantly call for it writing only to note a $250 increase I questioned but it wasn't that big of a deal. The problem is the rep was unreliable.
Called them to get a quote on some business this morning. The representative who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I have no problem with you saying you don't service an area, but it's all about how you convey this.
