Take a pillow and blanket if you go. You’ll be spending the day and most of the night in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Do you self a favor and go to Lynchburg
Would give zero stars if possible Staff is "nice". But you can tell they are overlooked, overworked and under paid. Farmville being a two college town, you would think they would have decent emergency services. Empty ER and you will still wait HOURS. It isn't the staffs fault ...but don't come here if you need your life saved or expect decent care or god forbid you have an emergency. Because they aren't funded for that. This place is a band aid just to say it's there. Where is all the funding? Staff? This "city" is not poor.... read more
I'm an ongoing cardiac patient with Chronic Heart failure..I have a PICC line that administers a 24 hour drip of dobutamine.Wednsday.i was brought here because my legs gave out and I couldn't breath..Now this hospital knows they can't really do anything for me except check my vitals and send me back home without touching on the symptoms which brought me here..Which is exactly what they did Wednesday night...If they know they can't treat me. Why don't they transfer me someplace that can..
