Camper arrived with both back jacks busted, so it couldn’t be leveled. I’d requested a generator but it was not there, but he did go back and get one. He said that the water tank had been filled, but the water tank showed empty. If it was filled, there was either damage from when the last tenets mangled the jacks, or the water hose was loose. The 2nd night the battery lost power after the generator ran out of gas after just 7 hrs and we lost all heat. Poor response to messages and a week later I’m still waiting for a promise... read more
