Legends is one of the best places in Richmond for a cold beer and something good to eat
The smash burger is a must try as good as Dyer's IYKYK.

Nice place to have a beer and bar food. Breaded tenderloin and hot dogs are the best! However, it's mostly local visitors and they're friendly. It just not a good place to sit and have an easy conversation at mealtime because it's small, crowded and hard to hear each other talk. Perhaps a slower time of day is a better time to go.
Very cool old school atmosphere with excellent service. I highly recommend the breaded tenderloin. Ordered carry out but when I got home there were items missing. When I called them about the issue, the bartender and owner resolved the issue and were quite apologetic. I'll definitely be back.
