I’m closing my account that I’ve had here since I was 16 (2014-2015). I had $155 stolen from me by a merchant who tipped himself without my consent. I’m 26 years old now. If I’m going to bank with someone for 10 years and then they hold me over the barrel for $155, I’d rather not bank with them ever again.
I had an issue with my checking account and an outside payment method. The assistant manager, Jennifer Norris, worked on my issue for an hour trying to assist me. It wasn't a bank issue, it was a Venmo issue. I really appreciated all the help she tried to give me.
