We used Southside Bank for the loan on our office building and Grant Williams helped me personally with a Bank credit card and strategies to manage debt. Great Bank and people all around.
This was one weird bank. I tried to make an appointment to meet with a banker to learn more about the bank, and possibly open my business checking accounts if it felt like a good fit. Jana refused confirming a introductory meeting time before receiving EIN and other business formation documents from me first, which is unusual; however, their system would not deliver validation codes for me to be able to open their encrypted emails and access document upload links securely.
