Keith Shaw and his crew are very special. We had some unique issues setting up the account. We had problems with paperwork on our side and the delay made it difficult financially. Keith worked very hard to help us. EVERYONE was very kind and patient. We want to thank everyone for everything.
I needed to know about some low interest options for short to medium term lending for my business and their banker Brynner was really helpful in explaining to me which products might be a good fit. Once I decided on a product, he sent me a link and the application was able to be done entirely online. The process was really simple and quick. I don't even do my regular banking with Southside Bank and they were super happy to help me. Thanks Brynner!
