I wanted to share how satisfied I am with my new bank and this specific location. Finding a new financial institution can be nerve-wracking, but the transition here was incredibly smooth. I walked in and was guided through the setup process with impressive speed and efficiency. Kayla Ortega, in particular, made the experience a breeze; her insights and helpful attitude made my final decision easy. I’m very glad I chose this branch.

Trying to open a business account…and I arrive when the branches open but to late to open an account. This after running to two other branches that were closed but no indication on line of that. Will look for another bank with locations marked more clearly. Took a star away for each branch that did not work today (Saturday)
