Withdrew money from my deceased fathers account and ******** it and will not refund it. Beyond disrespectful. Should not be operating as a financial institution. Beyond terrible customer service.

Thank you for forwarding the complaint of Mr. ******* Unfortunately, we are unable to locate his fathers account without further information such as a name and/or account number. On May 13, 2024, we emailed Mr. ****** to the email address provided requesting more information, and are awaiting a response. We would love the opportunity to address any service level issue that Mr. ****** experienced.
Due to the holiday, payday was delayed and as a result I had overdraft fees of $96. I already didn't have money and then they charge ridiculous fees on top of it. I'm going to close out my account and go with a bank that has free overdraft.

A delay in payroll payment is always a very difficult and inconvenient circumstance. In reviewing the account, it does not appear to be a posting error by Southside as the payroll credit was processed as it was submitted by the paying company. On July 13th, a call was placed to Ms. ******* in order to further discuss the details and a voicemail was left. this is the best bank I have ever used. my loan officer, jack ******* made a decision on a loan in minutes where my old bank took a week. the service is great and all the employees are very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them
