Most of the employees are friendly. However, stear clear of kathy at the jacksonville branch. She is rude as well as one of there security officers. I left my 16 year old, who was driving, in the car while I ran in to sign a paper and he questioned me about leaving my kid in the car! I did not think that was necessary as the car was running and she was driving! I will just use a different branch from now on.
This bank is conveniently located inside Brookshire's grocery store. Although small, it is a full feature bank that offers mortgages, home equity and personal loans plus the usual checking and savings accounts. The employees are very nice and helpful. I will continue to bank at Southside Bank, Bullard.
