Today I had the worst experience at this bank when I went to resolve a problem with my savings account. My main language is Spanish, although I also speak a little English, but when it comes to something related to a problem like the one I had, I prefer to speak Spanish for better understanding. The thing is, I was helped by, I assume, the manager, and when I asked to speak with someone in Spanish, he told me that nobody there spoke Spanish, only English, even though the two tellers were clearly Hispanic, and I had heard one... read more
