Liz helped me set up a new savings account. She was so professional and kind. Liz was able to answer all of my questions and she provided a high level of service. She truly set the bar high.
Kenya was awesome. She helped me with my mobile banking and reset my password and took time and was very patient.
I love the team @ Southside Bank on Troup Hwy inside the SuperOne! They are consistently friendly & efficient. Kenya recently went above & beyond to help me discover info I didn't know about my money market account & also educated me regarding how I could get more interest on my savings account.
