Jonathan Matlock and the ladies behind the counter are some of the best bankers I've EVER had the pleasure of working with. I've been with my original bank for over 13 years and I have never received the customer service that Jonathan and his ladies provide. They don't just treat you like a number in this particular branch. Thank you guys. I'll be back.

We went to open my daughter her first checking and savings accounts now that she has gotten a job. Johnathan took care of us. He was patient, explained everything to our daughter, gave her some pointers, and got her new accounts setup in just a few minutes! We've used Southside for decades and I highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service, and Johnathan is a geat example of that!!
