Josue at Southside Bank is very professional and always demonstrates the best customer service. He takes the time to explain bank policies as well as maintain a friendly attitude. He has helped me keep my account secure and made recommendations on how I can manage account from my mobile device. I cannot recommend Josue at this Southside enough!

so basically, i was minding my business when suddenly i have the urge of a sweet treat, so im going to an ice cream shop just to realize my account was on negative! i was hacked and so i went and drove to the nearest southside bank i could find, suddenly this kind “young” man helped me, i believe his name was Josue. basically he gave me a run down on what we could do and worked on refunding my money and shutting down my account to prevent fraud from continuing. i appreciate him and his new wrinkles i made him develop after s... read more
Staff are extremely helpful and sweet. Pamela helped me set up a new bank account, and it was so quick and easy. I 100 percent recommend giving this branch a visit.
