I can't say enough good things about Grant and Southside Autowerks. I've been VAG owner for over 35 years and i have never had a mechanic/shop so attentive, knowledgable and honest. I live 2.5 hours away and i went to Southside based on recommendations of various Audi/VW groups. Southside Autowerks has been one of the best shop experiences I’ve had. Fair pricing, efficient service, clear communication, and genuinely respectful of your time. The team is knowledgeable without talking down to you, which goes a long way. What I appreciate most is how well they take care of my older MKV .:R32. Absolutely amazing experience, first impression was the sweet lady who answered the phone and met every need and beyond. I was quoted a $99 diagnostic test to see what was wrong with my transmission shifting rough. The young man who came out was very professional and very nice. He drove my car once, came back for 10 seconds and left again. He came back 3 minutes later and handed me my keys and said “I guarantee you it will shift smooth” and hands me a PUCK from behind the clutch that the previous owner installed.
