Being an aircraft tech for over 35 years, I've become a bitter old man when it comes to someone working on one of my cars. Autowerks was recommended to me in a VW group on Facebook. I was surprised to see all 180+ 5-stars reviews. I went to check my car and how Autowerks makeы all customers 5-star happy. Grant (the owner) and Justin (technician) did not fix anything in my car so far but they explain how I can fix ABS module ($2200 just the part in the dealership + labor) for $1300 as well as offered an alternative just to drive it without ABS module. Was having issues with my 2013 VW CC smelling gas. I so appreciate the Techs explaining the fines, suggestions and what can be done. The customer service and the knowledge of Audio and VW is unmatched. Have a guarantee customer as long as I own my Audio and VW. Recommending my family who also have Audis and VWs.
I was referred to Southside by a friend and I am eternally grateful for this recommendation. First & foremost, routine maintenance that usually will keep me at the dealership for 2-3hrs is done in 1/2 the time (or less) and they don’t make me feel like they are tryna get over on me by recommending a bunch of unnecessary repairs/replacements.
