My son and I brought his Audi in for an oil change and rear bulb replacement. I have to say it was a positive visit. Everyone was very professional. They were very attentive, explained all our questions with clarity and detail. We left feeling satisfied with the service provided. A side note; his rear windshield wiper was missing and they replaced at no cost. I highly recommend Southside Autowerks.
Great and very knowledgeable people who run the shop. Very great guys, helpful and kind to everyone. Helped explain problems and fixes. Highly Recommend anyone with VW or Audi to come here.
