I had my driver side window shatter while I was driving, and had quite a difficult time finding a replacement. The main places in Saskatoon couldn't even find anything in their warehouses (including SGI Salvage) or others I didn't even get a response from, so I was getting pretty worried. Older lady working in the office there acted as though my questions were a nuisance, as if I was interrupting administrative work she was doing at a desk in a corner office. Guessing customers don’t much matter unless they’re looking for large items like an engine or transmission. Nice new office building though.
Awesome, easy to deal with.
Went into shop to purchase a large ticket item and the staff there looked like they didn't even want to be there.No greetings or smiles. No personality and borderline rude. I ended up not buying the part even though I really needed it because of the attitudes.
