Rude older lady answers the phone, talks down to you and makes you feel like you are nuisance. Will likely avoid ever calling this business again.

Have dealt with them a couple times, originally the first time I was allowed to pull my own part, few weeks back got a couple rims from them... told me they'd be ready when I got there as I'm from out of town...got there at about 10:30am and they weren't ready had to wait till 2:30pm total inconvenience for me. I had my driver side window shatter while I was driving, and had quite a difficult time finding a replacement. The main places in Saskatoon couldn't even find anything in their warehouses (including SGI Salvage) or others I didn't even get a response from, so I was getting pretty worried. Older lady working in the office there acted as though my questions were a nuisance, as if I was interrupting administrative work she was doing at a desk in a corner office. Guessing customers don’t much matter unless they’re looking for large items like an engine or transmission. Nice new office building though.
