Rude older lady answers the phone, talks down to you and makes you feel like you are nuisance. Will likely avoid ever calling this business again.
Have dealt with them a couple times, originally the first time I was allowed to pull my own part, few weeks back got a couple rims from them... told me they'd be ready when I got there as I'm from out of town...got there at about 10:30am and they weren't ready had to wait till 2:30pm total inconvenience for me. Called last Thurs for a bumper I needed was told possibly Thurs but definitely Fri AM...Then get the excuse it was to cold for the crew to pull my part, even though they have a heater shop that they could have front e... read more
