Edited - vehicle is no longer running after 2 1/2 months. Dealer doesnt return calls, emails, sms. Getting Fair Trading involved as dealer is ignoring all contact. Additionally sold trade in vehicle illegally and didnt pay out the finance on it for six weeks and cost me extra money. Seems like this is the norm for this guy now and arent the first he ignores. Buy with extreme caution.

Purchased a Passat wagon in June 2025. Haydn provided personal attention during the sale and always responded quickly to queries. No pressure and information and photos of the car were detailed and accurate. Two issues (which weren't obvious) came up a few days after purchase and Haydn didn't hesitate to agree to have them rectified. A very positive experience. Stephen.
