THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!! I went in for an oil change, you know the usual. And I must say the service here was above average. The mechanics were friendly and informative. And they were fast and efficient. I will be taking all my vehicles to Southside Auto Repair. Thanks Guys!! You ROCK!!!!!

Southside Auto Repair & Tire Inc. I took my truck in to get the alignment done and the person I talked to was very unprofessional. He was cussing and he was very rude to one of the mechanics in front of me. When I had left my truck was still pulling to the right. It felt as if nothing was done as far as the alignment was concerned. I will never take my vehicle to them again.

Thank you for great customer service I took my Jeep into get an oil change and to get the tires rotated. Eveyone that worked there was very frienly and professional. They did not :push: me into buying anything that I did not need. I was quoted that it would take approximately an hour to work on my car. As I waited, the owner, Phil took the time to speak to me about my car. Sure enough, the appointment took an hour. It's nice to know that they value yoyur time and get it done in the time they quote.
