THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!!!!! I went in for an oil change, you know the usual. And I must say the service here was above average. The mechanics were friendly and informative. And they were fast and efficient. I will be taking all my vehicles to Southside Auto Repair. Thanks Guys!! You ROCK!!!!!
Southside Auto Repair & Tire Inc. I took my truck in to get the alignment done and the person I talked to was very unprofessional. He was cussing and he was very rude to one of the mechanics in front of me. When I had left my truck was still pulling to the right. It felt as if nothing was done as far as the alignment was concerned. I will never take my vehicle to them again.
Thank you for great customer service I took my Jeep into get an oil change and to get the tires rotated. Eveyone that worked there was very frienly and professional. They did not :push: me into buying anything that I did not need. I was quoted that it would take approximately an hour to work on my car.
