I have had the worst experience with this garage! My husband brought in our only car to get looked at, and were told it needed a new transmission and would take 10 hours. They wouldn't order the part before they had the cost of the part then did not communicate very well! They went on vacation and didn't let us know so a whole week with the part on order and no one there to get the part when it arrived! I guess they don't know how to trace the part. We recently dropped off our 2013 Subaru Forester at Southside Auto. I informed John of two issues of concern. One related to a noise in the rear undercarriage the other a back tire. They secured the heat shield by reattaching it and filling and checking all the tires. He was not only gracious, but didn't charge us anything. Needless to say Southside Auto has a new customer.
