I'm new to this gym but I found it to be conducive to weight training with the potential to get to know the regular crowd.
Stopped in at Southside Athletic for a tour and workout today. Had the pleasure of meeting/speaking with Jared. Jared gave me a tour of the gym, and showed me all of the equipment. He allowed me to workout at the gym. The gym is like a playground- so many options/machines/free weights/platforms. I had a great workout. I can tell the community is disciplined and shows up to work. I'll be back.
Staff is awesome, other members are awesome, gym is always clean, great value, chalk is allowed overall a great experience working out there
A no-frills gym that has all the modern equipment you need and none of the fancy stuff you don’t pricing is excellent compared to other gyms in the area and they offer a very generous veterans/military/1st responder discount … bonus that they’re open 24 hours a day with a pass card now I have something to do when my insomnia flares up🥳
