Great place! Great Owners! Great trainers!
This is a friendly, welcoming gym where everybody fits in. Whatever your workout goals, there's a place for you to fit in. Everyone here is serious about their training, but membership is diverse. Not all are bodybuilders or powerlifters by any means. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. It was a surprising thing to me to find that the Jared saw me enter the club and shot me a smile and a wave, even as he was training a client. That's the kind of warmth that happens here!
Great gym. Supportive, fun environment. Always updating equipment.
