Shaneen and Karen have been our veterinarians since about 1999. They are kind, honest vets who put your pet's best interests first and foremost. They are empathetic people who have lead us through several difficult times.
This animal hospital is more interested in profit than they are in your pets well being. I’ve given them ample opportunity to squash my suspicions, but it’s clearly the case here.
I had an appointment so I could obtain Nexgard to protect my dog. I was required to have $125 check up just to get a prescription so that I could get it. When I got into the appointment, I was told that the prescription cost had doubled from $25 to $50. I’ve been getting a prescription there for the last four years as I’m unable to afford their cost for Nexgard which is $53 a dose. Upfront honesty would’ve been appreciated.
I don’t think there are words to describe my gratitude for dr Karen Lucas and her staff. We’ve been bringing our pets to Dr Karen for 12 years and as the years go on I grow to love her and her staff with each visit. The greatest gift we give animals is the grace of crossing the rainbow bridge, the hardest day and decision of a pet owners life.
