Dr Shaneen, Dr Karen and the staff have been part of our lives since they had their clinic in the Food Basics plaza on Commissioners Road. They have taken care of our dogs and cats with love and compassion. The tech and reception staff are top notch. Kind, knowledgeable, respectful and caring. My boys all loved going there because they knew they were going to be spoiled. I can’t imagine taking any of my furbabies anywhere else.
Shaneen and Karen have been our veterinarians since about 1999. They are kind, honest vets who put your pet's best interests first and foremost. They are empathetic people who have lead us through several difficult times.
This animal hospital is more interested in profit than they are in your pets well being. I’ve given them ample opportunity to squash my suspicions, but it’s clearly the case here.
I had an appointment so I could obtain Nexgard to protect my dog. I was required to have $125 check up just to get a prescription so that I could get it. When I got into the appointment, I was told that the prescription cost had doubled from $25 to $50. I’ve been getting a prescription there for the last four years as I’m unable to afford their cost for Nexgard which is $53 a dose. Upfront honesty would’ve been appreciated.
