Great staff
Very hard to contact. As a client I'm worried,can't retrieve valuable information.
These people don't do their jobs. Slow to remedy complaints and quick to collect money and put you into trouble. DEI hires who can't do their own jobs. This place is a mockery of an institution.
Well I can’t say I have been satisfied with my experience here. The councilors that visit once per week are pretty much useless. I honestly have no idea what their function is. They do bring personal needs assistance checks for $42.50 each week however they took mine away and Stanley said they are on hold. I can’t have them. I must have done something wrong but I can sure use that money and they won’t talk to me.
