Very hard to contact. As a client I'm worried,can't retrieve valuable information.
These people don't do their jobs. Slow to remedy complaints and quick to collect money and put you into trouble. DEI hires who can't do their own jobs. This place is a mockery of an institution.
Well I can’t say I have been satisfied with my experience here. The councilors that visit once per week are pretty much useless. I honestly have no idea what their function is. They do bring personal needs assistance checks for $42.50 each week however they took mine away and Stanley said they are on hold. I can’t have them. I must have done something wrong but I can sure use that money and they won’t talk to me. Called the number by mistake. The woman who answered, without identifying the business, just said hello, also said ‘ I don’t know who you are trying to call but you have the wrong number. Do not call here again’. She then called me back and hung up. If this is the type of people who work there, it doesn’t seem a very safe place.
Treatment is equally given to all patients. I was a patient that acts like a brute. Yet they had full closure and wrapped tight the needs of all patients.
