Unprofessional. Confirmed an appointment 3 days in advance and never showed up. Called and texted several times but never got an answer. Time waster. Could have gone with another company
Unprofessional experience. We are located in Plymouth, MA. Our oven fan stopped working. The technician came for the initial assessment and provided an estimate, however, there was no follow up. We accepted the quote provided via email, left voice mail messages and sent text messages inquiring on next steps and timing. There was never a reply provided. After more than 5 attempts we moved on. Communicating with customers is a basic tenant of providing good service. Very disappointing. Go with a company that will be reliable.
Brian was able to schedule our service call quickly and pricing was fair. Will definitely use South Shore Appliance again
I have used him for appliance repairs a few times and he never lets me down. Quick turn around time and great service!
Just had my fridge repaired by brian.damned mice ate through the cord and harness.unbelievable service! 1.5 hours from my call to up & running
