This WAS a truly amazing mobile home park prior to late 2021 family owned. THEN is was purchased by a large company who immediately increased price, adding individual water meters paid by tenants, manager not responsive unless they demand sonething from tenants. The manager is hateful, rude, racial if your not high on inco.e.
