I had the privilege of receiving the best care possible through South River Community Health Center. I was diagnosed with a disease and the staff at South River offered all the Medical Care and Tools to help me to living with a disease I would live with for the remainder of my Life. They arranged for me to have Pain Management Therapy, Physical Therapy, and a Stellar one on one Therapist.
