When I called Southridge Senior Lofts, to get information on renting an apartment, I spoke with Abby; She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very kind. Abby even called me back with more information at the close of the day, which I see as really going out of her way for me.
The Apartment Manager-Farah does NOT return calls even when she says she will. I've also called Corporate office. They don't return calls either. This is not a good place for me to live. I hope it's better for whomever decides to live there. I'm being charged a late fee because Farah did not call me back to explain what the problem was with my rent. This place sucks. That's my own opinion. there.icalled the Manager asking g why my rent hasn't been taken out of my account.
