Wonderful Condo living, right off the highway. Allows pets and has great sidewalks for walking dogs plus a small dog park! The pool is large and recently resealed and painted last year. Residents only please and a pool pass is required!... See office for all information regarding HOA fees, they included: Water, Trash, Sewer & lawn care and maintenance. Wouldn't recommend moving in South ridge poor management poor maintenance they got to many problems the manager said there broke and can't fix much do to people not paying there HOA live my people that think they was intiled parking was a problem. Best thing I did is sell and move out after 5 years.
really rude and horrible customer service. They will speak to you like you are a little child and literally state that you are lying to your face when i know what i have been told!!!
I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone who has alternative options. They don’t maintain this place at all. I lived here for 4 years. The entire time I was told they were going to replace the gutters. Never happened. There’s roaches. They know about it. They waited several months to do anything. People here are disgusting. The pool gets really gross later in the season. It isn’t cleaned well. They don’t take out the trash so it smells horrible. People throw all sorts of stuff in the dumpster. Constant fines.
