I have been a current resident at Southridge Apartments since October 2020. In the beginning, I had no issues with them at all, but December of 2024 EVERYTHING changed! There was a leaking that happened at the shower part of my bathroom. I called for Maintenance to come fix the problem. Although they stopped the leaking, it left my ceiling and bathtub damaged to the point where I don’t feel comfortable taking a shower and having to end up washing up in my sink.
