Don’t normally leave reviews but had the absolute best service today Ed went above and beyond to give us the best experience from the moment we arrived till we left everything was thoroughly explained and I was frequently updated. The service was finished much faster than anticipated however we were happy to wait as we had comfy chairs, air con, free wifi and a tv to keep ourselves entertained. Great job guys fantastic customer service.
Hands down the worst business of any kind I have ever come across, disgraceful customer service, have had to call and follow up almost 10 times and prompt them to check on my warranty request from over 2 months ago bc they are blind and can’t actually do their jobs themself? Let alone get any kind of communication. I was very patient and waited a month before first calling and just asking for them to check where it’s at and get back to me. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from this Mazda service centre. My car was inspected back in early April and it was identified that my side mirrors were faulty. I was told parts would be ordered and I’d be contacted once it was confirmed whether the repair would be covered under warranty. Since then, I’ve made multiple follow-ups, including five phone calls, two emails and I was told the matter would be escalated to the manager. I have never received a single update. Took a while but Mazda did try to help. Overall satisfied
Pretty good. No issues. Had my car booked in for repair and was supplied with hire car.
