Brought new car in for it's 1 month post sale inspection. My wife an I experienced possibly the worst customer service that I can recall Left sitting outside in the heat, no communication as to the status of. the vehicle, delayed hours beyond when we were told it would be ready. The eventual hand over the vehicle was rushed and sloppy.
I initially had some issues calling the call centre, but Joel (manager of service centre) called me back personally and got me in the next day. When I took my car in he gave me clear and reasonable expectations on what was going to happen, and then followed through with it. He also kept me updated throughout the day and was just a generally really pleasant bloke. I had a really good experience and can recommend Joel and his team. I will be back in the future.
I’ve been trying to get my check engine light seen for over 2 weeks now. Despite 7 (seven!) calls to the service centre and as many promises for a call back (most recently from the manager) I haven’t heard anything. This experience seems to line up with other reviews. I would avoid using this dealership if it is anything like their customer service, or purchasing any service plans as it’s impossible to get anyone to actually contact you.
Dropped my car off for 15k service. Brooke was welcoming, friendly and polite. 5 stars for her service alone. She also organised an appt. for my car to have the Head Display Up fixed (someone else was meant to have been looked into it 4 months earlier). Happy with the service that was completed on my car through Mazda Southport - Thank you! I will return.
