So grateful that Nic took the time to approach me and talk to me. I have an electric mini that keeps trying to kill me - Nic went through all the concepts of the new Mazda EV that’s coming out soon and thanks to Nic I will be swapping brands! He was such amazing human and I will definitely be back thanks to him. I’m going through a really tough time in my life, but I left feeling hopeful - not only about my car but about my life in general, it was like meeting an angel. Thank you!!

If I could give it 0 I would! I Left my car to get an oil change and oil filter at 8am on wed 18th Feb 2026 they had the car from 8-4pm. It had a broken seat button that I was told would be covered under warranty. They call me at 3pm to say the button would cost 78$ and if I was okay to go ahead. I said it’s under warranty they then called back saying we don’t have the part and it’s too late in the day to have it delivered. Yesterday i was first to arrive at the service centre for my brand new car first inspection that was meant to take 30-1hr, i was last to leave after waiting almost 3 hrs for the first inspection not even a service and they said we didn't wash your car as they said that will take another 45mins! LOST MY BUSINESS ALREADY!
Brought new car in for it's 1 month post sale inspection. My wife an I experienced possibly the worst customer service that I can recall Left sitting outside in the heat, no communication as to the status of. the vehicle, delayed hours beyond when we were told it would be ready. The eventual hand over the vehicle was rushed and sloppy. We arrived on time for our scheduled service and I went into reception to speak with service staff.
