This place was my go to for massages. I thoroughly enjoyed getting massages here. However, I am an attorney and was unexpectedly called into court the day of my appointment so I was unable to give 48 hour notice to reschedule my appointment. Due to this, the owner still charged me for the appointment even though I was not wanting to cancel but merely reschedule.
