I was a member of this gym for a little under a year and had an overall positive experience! It is always clean and well-maintained, usually not crowded (though I typically went off-peak hours, so YMMV), and has most of the machines and equipment you’d want. Being open 24/7 365 is a huge plus. The end of my experience with SPF wasn’t as pleasant (I wasn’t receiving emails for whatever reason, so I didn’t know monthly dues were going up until I was charged, and I thought they had ignored my request to cancel). I've had a great experience at this gym, friendly staff and great equipment!
Very solid gym. It has everything you need for any type of workout, and it never feels overcrowded or like you’re waiting on equipment. The owner has been extremely hands on and is constantly improving the space while actively asking for feedback. Southport is a simple high quality gym at a great price point, especially for a 24/7 facility.
