As a family within this practice we have experienced great care. We feel heard and respected and our kids feel safe and comfortable talking to our Dr (Ward). When our dr is away there has been coverage. It is a busy practice and the only downside can be availability. Overall, this is an excellent office.
Nobody answers phones during lunchtime! Tried on different days to call to make appointments and it gets disconnected immediately.
The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly and the doctors are wonderful and truly care, specifically Dr. Kerwin. I feel so lucky to have such great care for my family
