Checked in for my appointment through digital system and sat in waiting room for 40 minutes. When asked when I could be seen they let me know I missed my appointment and that I would have to wait for two more patients ahead of me to be seen. I couldn't wait any longer so they suggest a walk-in clinic. I phoned back later to file a formal complaint and told me that I can't. Hurts to be blamed for missing my appointment when I was physically there and it hurts again to leave without been given any care.
Have been a patient of Southport Family Practice for the past 37 years. I have had great experiences & have the highest respect for Dr. Vaughan. Thank you
As a family within this practice we have experienced great care. We feel heard and respected and our kids feel safe and comfortable talking to our Dr (Ward). When our dr is away there has been coverage. It is a busy practice and the only downside can be availability. Overall, this is an excellent office.
Nobody answers phones during lunchtime! Tried on different days to call to make appointments and it gets disconnected immediately.
