Dr Michelle Groves is an absolute gem. She is extremely professional and empathetic. Always gives me enough time to explain and listen. I had an ear infection which was getting worse and she was on holidays and the moment she got back I made appointment with her, she managed to get me an earlier ENT appointment and took it seriously when other GP’s in the meantime were only making it worse with more steroid drops. I have always had positive experience with her in all of my appointments. ❤️

I came here with my mum for a blood test and we called them beforehand to make sure they were open and we weren’t wasting our time. When we got there we rang the buzzer and the receptionists have no idea what they are doing they said pathology isn’t open and that they are on holidays. This place is a total mess don’t know what they are doing half the time very disappointed.
please read the bad reviews too. Since I left my one-star review, I haven’t received any apology or attempt to resolve the issue. What I did notice, however, is that suddenly a stream of vague, overly positive reviews appeared, many praising Dr. Sweety Syed in a very generic way. I’ll let readers draw their own conclusions. I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but I can’t stand when people take advantage of others.
