Have always been very happy with Southport Doctors. Our GP Dr Groves is exceptional - with years of knowledge & experience in diagnosing and providing treatment which she delivers in such a calm and thorough manner. I have also found the reception team to be very welcoming and the nursing staff are exemplary especially Kim who has gone above and beyond for our family.
They cancel scripts without notice, and the duty of care from two different doctors I've seen has left me to wonder, how money hungry this place is they don't really care about you just your money they care about. There post op care had me back to hospital infection
Cannot fault this clinic at all.
Have always had a fantastic experience at this clinic. Dr Louise is the only doctor my toddler enjoys visiting and the Nursing team- especially Kris also delivers fantastic care. Louise is so calm, thorough and knowledgeable. I always walk away feeling cared for and in good hands.
