Got 4 missed calls between 8.20 and 8.45 (why bother calling before 9am for a start) and a voicemail left saying they would try to call again before the appointment (they didn't, so it's a good job I did check voicemail or would have gone for nothing) my spirometry test had been cancelled just over 2 hours before I was due to have it, having waited 7 months for an appointment and been getting asked the last 3 months of those to confirm my appointment regularly, the last confirmation was literally 3 days ago, only for them to... read more
Took my son with Autism out of school and took an unpaid day off work to bring him to his appointment that takes over an hour and a half on the bus to get into Southport to get a call 2 hours before to say his appointment is cancelled, I'm absolutely disgusted we had just got into Southport aswell
Waited over 4 months for a dermatology appointment to get laughed at and touch my open wounds and large spreading unknown rash with his dirty hands and fingernails. Very dismissive and patronising
Had a blood test at 8.45am. The phlebotomist was very efficient, friendly and dealt with me in a very professional way, especially as I don't have the easiest of veins. 10/10 for her service
