Earlier in the summer of 2023 there was a water line break on the property of this complex…the water company did the repairs but this is what the area of the break STILL looks like. It was confirmed that the site shown in these pictures is NOT the responsibility of the water company but of the owner/management company and it seems neither the owner/management company care that this is where children living in the apartment building will be waiting for the school bus once school resumes!
I moved in almost 3 years ago, and it's been Wonderful. The pool was only closed during the pandemic. It was open each year after that 1 year. The Owners and the maintenance staff are Wonderful!! Very nice place to live!
Was very happy moving in the stench throughout the hallways and heavy cigarette smoke didn’t bother me neither did the terrible elevators i was very pleased with this place till I noticed roaches in my apartment after a month and a half of me living there already and roaches at the back entrance around the elevator area
I live here for 14 years and it was ok until the new people took over they were cool at first then not, the father was cool but after awhile he stop coming around and then the son took over mostly and moved in the building then things slowed down as far as maintenance and then they shut the pool for repairs for a whole year but I don't think it was repaired properly. Oh yea and the girl in office was nasty towards the tenants!!
