Uhhh Southpointe square…where do I begin🤔me and my boyfriend only lived here a year we have the washer and dryer break on us while using it and also the rats in our apartment not sure where they are coming from but there literally rat droppings in our drawers and the hallway smelling like weed almost everyday also when we first moved in the lady across the hall would could up to our door and put her ear up to the door to listen in I opened the door and said “can I help u” she said oh sorry and went back into her apartment..... read more
After 5 years of living here this is my 2 cents on Southpointe Square. The cost of rent is pretty ridiculous for what you are actually getting. In 5 years the rent increased over $350 and no upgrades were made to my unit what so ever not even offered. Parking is first come first serve so good luck with that. The parking lot does flood, and water will get in your car, it was knee deep. This happened 3 times while living here but of course Southpointe Square isn't liable for any damages.
