Only thing good was the people. Front office and maintenance were very on and off, almost never come on the days they say, fixing things incorrectly, and took them 2+ years to fix a cabinet leakage that we told them about that they said we never had. Very expensive for crappy roads and washers/dryers that break every few months. A good place if you're looking for just a place with good neighborhoods around it. Nothing else
Management is amazing here, any time I had any issue they always came and took care of it. If it was an emergency at night they came within 30 minutes. Donna is the best property manager I have had in my life. The apartments are a nice size for how much you pay as well.
Seriously DO NOT MOVE HERE .. do your self a favor and run or go to Stratford place best place ever ! It was a night mare super dirty all the time pictures look the best but it’s the worst. Super cheap shitty walls you can hear everything through those things .. literally painted diver the entire shower to make it look new or spotless instead of fixing it or cleaning it disgusting the whole place is never cleaned .. the front desk is soo rude and the manager ughhh even worse .. literally kicked me out because I had two dogs ... read more
