I was nervous to put my dad in here for short-term rehab based on reviews and was so pleasantly surprised when I got there. The place was clean, smelled good, nurses were knowledgeable and nice, CNAs took care of their patients, office staff was helpful and friendly, food was really good, activities staff provided activities and events, and social workers were helpful. People who write these glowing reviews are full of it, I believe the facility has people write to offset the HORRIBLE ones. I would not send my dog to this place, it's dirty, as soon as you walk in you're hit in the face with the smell of urine, attentive staff, that's a joke, patients lay in their own feces for hours sometimes. Bottom line patients are made to feel like they are bothering most of the staff. Sorry to interrupt your socializing

I went in to facility on 6/15/22 for p.t they have an amazing p.t team that did a great job getting me back on my feet and walking again. Had some nice nurses .and cnas as well .. thanks casey dianne asia danny emanuel teddy christine cant even remember all the names.. shontae. Yawl helped to make thestay comfy and bearable for me the best ways yawl could...the meals were also great. I cleaned my plate nearly every meal but breakfast was my most favorite..altho there were some confusions here and there on some things . Th... read more

I’m getting discharged today to a ALF and The following people were extremely kind to me here at Southpointe.Annie ,Shontae,Emanuel ,Asia , Diane Kasey and Christine . Everyone was nice but these people stood out to me Maghoney in therapy was great . I would take Annie with me if I could. Food is great here . Come here for therapy and go on Annie’s side . Place is wonderful no complaints except that I can’t take Annie with me . I will come back here for therapy the next time

They took great care of my uncle while he was here buy now he is gone they don't want to settle he estate account smh been going thru hoops since he passed in August 2021 and it's February 2022
