Great experience with the service department.
Bought a 2022 mazda from Harper. It ended up having THREE bad wheel bearings and a MAJOR refrigerant leak. The bad wheel bearings was a major safety concern and the dealership offered no help even after expressing this was my only means of transportation. On 11/8/25 I brought my 2023 Jetta with 13,000 miles in for service. The engine light was on. After waiting two hours I was told I would have to come back because the technician ''couldn't access the diagnostic information". On 11/14/25 I returned at 7:30 A.M and waited another two hours while the car was serviced. I was told the problem was fixed and the engine light was off. as of yesterday (11/15/25) the engine light is on again. Horrible and incompetent service.
Would like to thank Mitchell Crouch for being patient with me and my wife while we were wanting to purchase a new Tiguan the whole staff treated us very well and really took time to keep us very happy. I would recommend this VW Dealership
I purchased windshield wiper blades for our 2023 Taos on the Winner VW online parts website, vwpartsdirect.com They sent wiper blades for a Tiguan. I have called and sent numerous messages to correct the issue but have not received a reply. I will never purchase from them again. Luckily my niece owns a Tiguan and I will give her the blades. Winner should be renamed "LOSER"
worst dealership i ever went to. i made an offer of 33k for a car. they e mailed me we are close. when i step in the gave me a proposal of 40.800 and change. all because the manager got a commision when we showed up. i would fire him in a second. and yes, they donate a lot. donation from your money with their different fees. just cheaters. never again!!!!!
I recently purchased a VW Tiguan at VW of Mystic. It was a great experience from start to finish.. Peter was there to great me, even though it was before his starting time. He then was extremely helpful getting me the car in the exact color that I wanted. It was delivered to the lot and driven home that same day. Peter was also there to help complete the transaction and made me feel like a valued customer.
A terrible place to do business.
This is the worst dealership location that I have ever dealt with. I would not even give them 1 star because they don't even deserve that, but the site requires you to put at least 1 star. Being a military veteran and a car fanatic I have purchased 100s of cars over the last 45+ years so I have dealt with many different dealerships in many different states and this dealership is by far the worst unprofessional, dishonest, and disloyal dealership that I have ever dealt with.
