Dr. Byrd and her team were very nice an accommodating! I also loved that I could schedule an appointment online easily, and they even had an appointment open the next week! I'd been trying to get in with my former optometrist for 6 months, and kept getting bumped due to staffing issues. It seems like that's so common right now. Dr. Byrd was available right away, she was SO nice, and it was very easy to setup this appointment. They helped me out in my time of need and were able to provide contact lenses when I needed them
Dr. Byrd provided excellent care and truly listens to your concerns. The office doesn't have all of the bell and whistles but you still get top notch treatment and service. I highly recommend.
