You won’t find a better pharmacy than Southpoint Pharmacy. Their service is unmatched and they always have my medications in stock, even when the big chain pharmacies can't get them. Getting my seasonal flu and COVID vaccines here is always quick and easy–cost me nothing with my insurance. It makes such a difference having a local, independently owned pharmacy that actually cares about its customers.
Always a fantastic experience getting my prescriptions filled here. Very efficient and helpful staff that will go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best service/price possible. I would give them 6 stars if it was an option.
Really enjoy having this be my pharmacy of choice. It feels funny to say I recommend a pharmacy, but this place is well run, they remember your name, and do a great job overall. Couldn't recommend enough.
after a few bad experiences, i ended up switching my prescriptions from harris teeter to south point pharmacy, and it has been a great decision! they are always so efficient and kind, i really recommend supporting them and other locally-owned pharmacies over the big chains
I called Southpoint Pharmacy on 7/24 looking for an eye med which had been ordered at Walgreen's 54 in Durham. Walgreen's did not have the med nor did they check stores. Southpoint had the med, called 2x to transfer rx & never got rx. Both closed at 6pm. Southpoint call me today. Said call on-call md. They got the rx & had it ready in about 20 min. Above & beyond. I recommend a smaller pharmacy vs big uncaring chains. Guess who gets our business.
