Rude women working the front desk thinks it’s okay to humiliate me for an honest mistake of forgetting my wallet before I came. Told me I couldn’t reschedule, made stupid remarks about how there was an hour booked for me already and me not having payment methods on my phone. When I said “my apologies I wouldn’t drive all the way here without my wallet on purpose” she said “we don’t know that” like my time isn’t valuable and after 30 minutes of waiting she told to reschedule. I had a procedure done and Dr. Spano and his team were incredible from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Spano made my procedure seamless. He was so gentle and made sure comfort was a priority during the procedure. He does great work and you can really tell he’s a perfectionist.
