It's unclear what the purpose of an appointment is, as they did not start on the oil change until 45 minutes after we checked in. They were aware we were waiting. There are an abundance of employees but somehow the process is extremely long for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Additionally, when we bought a used car they said we had 2 years of complimentary service when what they shoild have clarified was that those two years start at the date of the first owners purchase. I would not come back.
The reason for the 1 star rating is because when I took my car to get serviced on Friday the 27th it took forever! It was just an annual inspection and replacing the strut for the hatch back on my Honda fit. This should have been a 2hour service and stretched all day long. All of the updates said it would done quickly, but it took forever because the strut was out of stock and no one bothered to pick it up. I am a longtime service client at Southpoint Honda. Today I was surprised with a 2% credit card fee, I understand this is a new policy there. After spending several thousand dollars I don't think this fee is appropriate.
