I have never spoken to or contacted this company, and yet I have still received 15 messages over a period of 28 days. That is excessive, spammy, and harassing. Regardless of how "Well intentioned to provide our (Unsolicited and Potential) customers the best service (That they didn't ask for)". A good business does not need to spam unsolicited contact to personal phone numbers and I would never use one or recommend one that does practice these tactics. Mike Illif and his team are fantastic. They found a great rate but more importantly the process was easier than some cars I have bought. I highly recommend!
I have worked with Mike Iliff on both my home purchases and he has been fantastic. Was readily available to answer questions at all time and explain things to me when I was confused. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will continue to work with Mike in the future.
I have never contacted nor given my contact information to this company and for the past week have received texts day after day from them AFTER telling them I was already working with a mortgage company. To be texted and potentially called (I dont answer unknown numbers) every single day after telling them I did not need assistance it's extremely irritating and I now know if I were to ever change from my mortgage company it absolutely would NOT be Southpoint Financial Services.
