I have several complaints with SFM: 1. You have to call several times for someone to answer. For some reason they just don't answer the phone. 2. I have had several situations where my medication (levothyroxin) had run out, and the MD had refused to send in a refill. I'll give two examples. I had quit my job, and was in the middle of a move, and was out of medication. I stopped coming here once I got pregnant because, my OBGYN prescribed me what I needed while pregnant. But I am so happy to be back! Not only is Dr. Marium helping me with my anxiety but other issues, I didn’t know I could be seen for there. The assistant that helped me today was so pleasant! Thank you ladies!
My name is Carlos Gallegos. I went for a wellness/preventive visit on august 19th, 2022 for my school (need to get one every year) I checked my insurance and I see a $320 bill. I called my insurance and they told me that my provider billed a "mental health code", when we never spoke anything about mental health. Literally went to the clinic, got my wellness visit, everything normal, and left. Hope the clinic can fix this issue.
I had a problem with my insurance card on my first time visiting, but they reached out to me to reschedule my visit. I was able to be seen by the doctors and they did a excellent job. I did not have to wait to be seen and they are very friendly and knowledgeable.
