My wife took our brand new car in for a wash. Inside and out was cleaned. When we got in the car I noticed the plastic trim around the doors all burnt and white from chemical burn.. When I confronted the manager, they said they only use water inside which is a complete lie. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! brand new car now I'm forced to purchase new trims for the doors due to wrong products used. Also to the store if you read this. How can you say you didn't use chemicals inside when it clearly smells like cleaning products!!! Update - ... read more
