After a bad experience somewhere else, I had my Jeep moved to Southpoint and Joe took great care of it. Joe is proactive, communicative, and did what was right for me and my car after an accident - not just what the insurance company wanted. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to this company by my mechanic. I had 3 other estimates for my vehicle and South point was in the middle. I explained that this was an out of pocket payment so I was given a prepayment discount. Joe was so nice and understanding as I was very upset that my car was hit. I picked up the car and they had detailed the inside and outside which was unexpected. It looks great. This is a great place to go for auto collision repairs and I am very happy with the work.

I am in the middle of trying to deal with this place and Joe will mot give me any updates or answers to my questions. He has had the vehicle since 4/30 and states he replaced the exterior and is waiting for that to finish so he can paint it THEN look inside to see the engine and electrical issues. We were hit by a bus and this is how he fixes cars…??? I have called several times and he does not communicate.
