I was a little nervous about moving from Hilliard to South Columbus but I have to say I don't have to many complaints at all. My 3 bedroom apt/townhouse is so much bigger than I ever expected. Management has been great (Gwen & Twyla) & every other employee I've met have also been very nice. Only real complaint would be the parking in front of my building. My car has been badly dented & scratched. That does upset me a lot. One other thing I don't like to much is the children that are allowed to run free & make messes. A lot o... read more
If I could give it minus zero stars I would. I've been here 7 months and have spent the last 6 of them I've dealing with a rampant bed bug infestation that was here prior to my having moved in Avoid this place like the plague, you'd be better off living in a shelter. At least the staff in the shelters I've been in were capable of seeing to it that the bed bugs were eliminated rather quickly whenever the need arose, as opposed to allowing the issue to drag out indefinitely for months on end This property is a slum, it looks g... read more
Update : I read my original review, which I have now edited bc most is not that way any longer. I sure wish it was bc then it would still be a decent place to live.
